What these numbers mean

Rates are per account reached. Like % = likes ÷ accounts reached. Same for Comment %, Share % and Save %. Engagement % = (likes + comments + shares + saves) ÷ accounts reached. Views per person above 1.0 means people watched it more than once.

Compared with this account. Each rate is compared with the median of the reels loaded here. ▲ means at least 25% better than usual, ▼ means at least 25% worse. Reels that reached fewer than 100 accounts are faded and left out of the medians, because a few people can swing the rates a lot.

Trial labels. Instagram doesn't tell apps which reels are trials. Trial means it was posted from this app as a trial. Probably trial means it isn't on the profile grid, which is true of trial reels but also of reels kept off the grid on purpose.

Scheduled reels post on time from the cloud, even when every laptop is closed. Times are checked every minute.

how this works

A two-minute read before your first batch.

What a Trial Reel is. Instagram shows it only to people who do not follow @aware._wolf_. Followers do not see it unless it gets shared to them later. Use it to test hooks without spamming followers.
Add reels. Drop 1 to 4 videos. The app checks each one (length, size, shape) before anything is sent.
Set up each reel. Write the caption, drag the slider to choose the cover frame, and choose what happens after the trial:
· I'll decide later: the reel stays with non-followers until someone shares it to followers from the Instagram app.
· Share automatically if it does well: Instagram shares it to followers by itself if it performs well with non-followers.
Pick when. "Post now" goes out about a minute after queuing. "Schedule" posts at that time. All times are in your computer's time zone.
Review & queue. Nothing reaches Instagram until you press the final button in the review window.
Watch the Queue tab. Posting takes 1 to 3 minutes per reel. When a reel is live you get a "View on Instagram" link.
All reels & insights. Every reel on the account with views, reach, average watch time, shares and saves. Sort by what matters, switch comments on or off, and open any reel in Instagram.
Three things only the Instagram app can do: Hide like count, Translations and Share to followers for trial reels. Instagram doesn't let apps do them. Each reel has a checklist with the exact taps; tick items when done and the whole team sees it.
If something fails, the Queue tab says why in plain words and has a "Try again" button. Daily limit: 100 posts in any 24 hours.
